Second Chances. Brighter Futures.
Every young woman deserves the opportunity to build a future she is proud of.
Girl Power is an initiative of Arneson Consulting and Education Services created to support young women ages 14–21 who have left high school and want another opportunity to earn their diploma, build confidence, and move forward.
We believe leaving school should never mean leaving your dreams behind.
Young women step away from school for many reasons. Family responsibilities, financial hardship, pregnancy or parenting, mental health challenges, bullying, trauma, or simply not having the support they needed at the time can all change the course of a young person’s education.
Girl Power meets them where they are and helps them find a path forward.

Her Story Isn't Over
There is no single path to graduation, and there is no timeline that determines whether someone can succeed.
Through Girl Power, we help young women identify flexible, accredited education options and create a plan that works for their individual circumstances. But earning a diploma is only part of what we hope to accomplish.
We want every young woman we serve to know that her future is still waiting.
More Than a Diploma

Girl Power is about education, but it is also about confidence, direction, opportunity, and having someone in your corner.
Our support may include:
-
Education Pathways: Helping students explore flexible, accredited options for completing high school.
-
Academic Support: One-on-one coaching and tutoring to strengthen skills and confidence.
-
Graduation Planning: Creating an individualized plan to help each student stay on track and reach the finish line.
-
Career & College Guidance: Exploring interests, future education, career possibilities, and real-world opportunities.
-
Mentorship & Encouragement: Providing consistent support from people who believe in her ability to succeed.
A diploma can open the door to employment, college, technical training, greater financial independence, and opportunities that may have once felt out of reach.
But sometimes the biggest difference is simply having someone say:
You can still do this.
Girl Power exists to be that encouragement and to connect young women with the resources they need to take their next step.
When girls succeed, families become stronger and communities become stronger too.
Why Girl Power Matters

Girl Power is made possible through people and organizations who believe that a young woman’s circumstances should not determine the rest of her life.Community members can support the program by donating, sponsoring a student, volunteering, sharing the Girl Power mission, or becoming a community partner.Every contribution helps provide educational resources, academic support, graduation planning, career exploration, and other services that can help a young woman get back on the path toward graduation.
It Takes a Community
Together, We Can Help Her Write a New Story.
